About Me
I’m a business professor, former U.S. Army officer, and lifelong learner with a passion for helping people grow into their full potential. Hailing from a small town in Louisiana, I bring a down-to-earth, approachable style to my work—whether it’s in the classroom or conference room.
My career has taken me across the U.S. and through diverse roles, from leading teams in the military to solving complex problems as a data scientist, software engineer, and corporate consultant. I’ve worked with managers at every level, from front-line supervisors to the C-suite, and I understand the unique challenges they face.
Now, as a professor and researcher in organizational behavior and leadership, I blend practical experience with academic insights to help my students, managers, and business owners become their best.
I’m known for my sense of humor and approachability, but I’m also firm in my belief that real growth happens when we push past our comfort zones. If you’re looking for someone to sugarcoat things, I’m probably not your person. But if you’re ready for honest conversations to bring about big change, I’d love to work with you.
